Disclaimer

As noted on all Brass Ring Cover Care labels found on inside seam:

Every Brass Ring Cover is meticulously measured, hand-cut and sewn, making each bespoke with individual characteristics custom to your order. These attributes give your cover her unique charm! Treat your cover with the care she deserves by following these important tips:

  • Wait for your grill or fire feature to be completed cool before placing your Brass Ring Cover on your grill or fire feature - heat will damage the fabric.

  • Do not use your Brass Ring Cover around sharp or jagged objects as the fabric could puncture or rip.

  • The hardware on your cover is made of solid brass, which will oxidize with time. If the patina does not appeal to you please polish with a gentle brass cleaner avoiding chemical contact with the fabric.

  • Brass handles may become hot to the touch after a prolonged period in direct sunlight. Let cool before handling.

  • Clean your cover’s fabric with mild detergent in warm soapy water using a soft bristle brush. Air dry only.

  • Please be sure to measure your grill or fire feature twice as each is made specifically for you and are non-returnable

  • Each cover takes approximately two to four weeks to ship.

Warranty

Every Brass Ring Cover is hand-cut and sewn, making each cover bespoke with individual characteristics.

  • Each cover’s pattern is assembled so that stripes are oriented in the front. Depending on the individual grill and fire feature sizing, fabric repeats may impact pattern alignment when rounding corners.

  • The scalloped bodice is an independent design element sewn onto the cover. The fabric and stripes are offset from the bottom and top intentionally for distinction.

  • The scalloped bodice is affixed to the cover with a centered front orientation and will meet on the back side of the cover. Whenever possible, the back end meets in synch, but occasionally the mathematics of some cover circumferences will prevent a fully unified back joint.

  • Draping and shadowing between the scalloped bodice and the elastic base hem is a characteristic inherent to the fabric.

  • Fabric, hardware, and sewn seams are under warranty for five years from the purchase date. Tears and general misuse are not under warranty.
